Shipping policy

At Tanishka Fashion, we want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how we process and ship your orders within India.

Order Processing

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process your order after it is placed. You can expect a confirmation email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on its way. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Your order is generally delivered within 5 to 6 business days through our trusted third party courier partners.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of Rs 100 applies and will be added at checkout.

Delivery Area

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details by email or message so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tanishkafashion22@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item and its packaging. We review such cases individually and will work towards a satisfactory solution. If a shipment is delayed well beyond the estimated time, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
